Failure of a filtration unit in service carries a cost substantially greater than the unit itself. Every item dispatched from our facility has been subject to stage and final inspection against a quality assurance plan agreed before fabrication commences.
Pressure vessels are designed and constructed to ASME Section VIII Division 1. Where the duty falls under Indian Boiler Regulations, equipment is built to IBR and the associated documentation is provided. Other national and international codes are accepted on request, with confirmation of certification capability provided at the enquiry stage.
Three way and multiport valves are designed, manufactured and tested in accordance with BS 5251 Section One, BS 6755 Part 1, API 598 and API 6D.
Plate, pipe, bar and fittings are procured against specification and verified on receipt for grade, dimension and accompanying documentation. Material test certificates are retained and issued with the equipment. Where certification to EN 10204 3.1 or 3.2 is required, this is specified at the order stage and traceability is maintained throughout fabrication.

Inspection by the customer or by a nominated third party agency is accommodated as standard and is planned into the manufacturing schedule. The appointed agency and the required hold points are confirmed at the order stage and incorporated into the quality assurance plan. We have worked with the major independent inspection agencies used across the process industries, and will work to whichever agency your specification nominates.
Equipment is dispatched with the documentation appropriate to its duty. This ordinarily comprises the approved general arrangement drawing, material test certificates, the test report, the quality assurance plan with inspection endorsements, and the operation and maintenance instruction. Where a full data book is required by the order, it is compiled and submitted for approval prior to dispatch.
